This is the only meat specialty store in Sawara!
It seems that this is the second store of “Kakyouan” which is famous in Sahara.
I’m surprised. Kakyouan was broadcast on many TVs and was so famous. I never thought of it as a sister store!
It is said that it started in July 2019 as a kind of store that doesn’t exist in Sawara for the purpose of “reconstruction of the shopping district”.
The location of this shop is not near the townscape of Sawara, but rather near the station.
The townscape of Sawara is gradually becoming popular, and there are many tourists, but the area around the station is less than that, so It means to make it more exciting.

This is open for both lunch and dinner, but I went for lunch!
I ate a “roast beef bowl”!
You can select the source and topping, and the popular combination is like “Chaliapin sauce x soft boiled egg”, but when you look at the source list, there was a letter “Teriyaki sauce”.
No matter what you say, I love the “Teriyaki x soft boiled egg” combination. I have a weakness for this combination.
This time, because I was interviewing, I was struggling with a desire to attack the royal road and a desire to walk my way. Therefore, when I consulted with the store manager, the combination he was into was “teriyaki sauce x soft boiled egg”.
