The tour involved the history of Sawara, the history of Tokun Sake Brewery, the introduction of sake, the process of sake brewing, and the tasting at the end.
First, I was surprised that Tokun sake Brewery had something to do with the Inoh family.
Tokun Sake Brewery was founded in 1825.
And it is said that the founder of Tokun Sake Brewery reported that the Inoh family of Tadayoshi Inoh, a great man of Sawara, ran a brewing business in Sawara, so the founder of Tokun sake brewery joined his disciples to learn and develop their own brewing business. is.
Once again, I was surprised at the magnitude of the influence of the Inoh family on Sawara. Inoh family is amazing.
The word “Kanae” is often talked in the introduction of sake and in the brewing process.
This is Tokun sake Brewery’s sake, but the reason why the word was so popping out is the following two reasons.
1. Gold prize-winning sake
2. Sake made by hand
In other words, it is a delicious sake that has been carefully selected.
Therefore, it seems that the tasting here pays 500 yen. sad:(
During the tour of the sake brewing process, various explanations were given, but I was surprised at the fact that the sake ends in a moment, but it takes many steps and time to make.
That’s all. It took a lot of time and effort, so I thought it was delicious.
From now on, I really felt that I wanted to taste and drink sake.
And finally, the tasting time has arrived!
At first, I had amazake. This is not too sweet again! I was able to be warm because it was a cold day.
As mentioned earlier, all sake except “Kanae” can be tasted for free.
Here is the sake that I thought was the easiest to drink and the most delicious.
It is “Doburoku Sake”.
This is pure rice sake.
It was sweet and easy to drink and seemed addictive!
It seems that the shelf life of this product is one week to 10 days.
After that, the sourness seems to increase.
Is it only me who thinks that drinking in a week is what a waste! lol
This sake is very easy to drink even if you are not good at alcohol, so please try it.
