A red noren is a landmark of the Sawara Jusanriya.  Here, sweets using sweet potatoes from Chiba are sold.  The specialty of the shop is to make sweets unique to Sahara.  To that end, we not only recreate the old-fashioned, simple taste reminiscent of the bustling town of Sawara, which was said to be Edo-style, but also weaving newness into it.

Classic products such as sweet potatoes, baked sweet potatoes and university sweet potatoes are of course delicious, but the most recommended item in the shop is the product called "Imo-dora".  A half-moon type dorayaki made of sticky skin using sweet potato powder.  There are some baked potatoes inside.  There are three types of bean paste, grain bean paste, white bean paste and matcha bean paste.  The most popular is the grain.  Sakura bean is also sold for a limited time in spring.
